The invention discloses a
sleep quality evaluation method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, monitoring all-
night sleep of a subject to obtain an all-
night sleep staging chart; S2, analyzing the all-
night sleep staging chart, calculating seven index values including the total
sleep duration, the sleep latency, the awakening frequency, the total awakening duration ratio, the REM period ratio, the
light sleep period ratio and the deep
sleep period ratio, and then dividing the four indexes including the total
sleep duration, the REM period ratio, the
light sleep period ratio and the deep
sleep period ratio into first-type indexes, dividing the sleeping latency, the awakening frequency and the awakening total duration proportion are divided into second-type indexes; S3, calculating single scores of the seven indexes respectively; S4, comprehensively weighting the scores of the indexes to obtain a total
score; evaluating the
sleep quality according to the obtained total
score, if the total
score is larger than or equal to 80, indicating the
sleep quality is good, wherein the higher the score is, the better the sleep quality is; and if the total score is lower than 80, indicating the sleep quality is poor.
