Extraction and purification method for 6-shogaol

The invention provides an extraction and purification method for 6-shogaol. The method comprises the following steps: taking fresh ginger and rhizoma zingiberis as raw materials; chopping the raw materials or adopting 70% ethyl alcohol for digesting in a 40-55 DEG C water bath after crushing; filtering drug residue and then performing reduced pressure distillation on the extracting liquid, thereby acquiring a concentrated solution; removing impurities by extracting the concentrated solution with petroleum ether and extracting 6-shogaol component by using ethyl acetate; after removing the solvent from the extracting liquid, performing chromatography with silica gel on the ethyl acetate extract part, adopting petroleum ether and ethyl acetate at ratio of (6:1)-(2:1) for performing gradient elution, separating and collecting the component of Rf=0.38 (petroleum ether and ethyl acetate at ratio of (3:1), thus obtaining the separated crude product of 6-shogaol; further thinning and performing chromatographic separation on the crude product of 6-shogaol, thereby acquiring pure product of 6-shogaol and representing the pure product with 1HNMR and 13CNMR. The method is simple in operation, the material cost is low, the time is saved and the purity is high. The acquired 6-shogaol product can be used as a standard product for quality control on the pharmaceutical preparation containing ginger and shogaol, pharmacological research, cosmetics, daily chemical products, and the like.
