The invention provides an integrated thermal management method for a fuel
cell vehicle and an implementation method of a rapid control prototype thereof. The integrated thermal management takes heat pumps as core, and is integrated by fuel
cell thermal management, auxiliary energy thermal management, motor and power electronic thermal management, and passenger cabin thermal management. The coordination and the control are realized by an integrated
control unit. The rapid control prototype
system comprises an upper computer, a rapid control prototype, and a controlled object. The upper computermainly realizes the functions of
system mathematical model construction,
simulation verification, code automatic generation, hardware-in-loop
simulation, parameter calibration, and real-time monitoring; the rapid control prototype comprises a
software platform and a hardware platform, wherein the
software platform comprises an underlying driver function and a task execution framework, and the hardware platform comprises a
signal conditioner and a
data acquisition card; and the controlled object is a target
system in a whole vehicle or a
test bench. According to the integrated thermal management method for the fuel
cell vehicle and the implementation method of the rapid control prototype thereof, the development of the integrated thermal management and control for the fuel cell vehicle issimplified, and the development efficiency is improved.
