The invention provides a bee wax thermal therapy product capable of being heated with microwaves and a preparation method of the product. The product comprises bee wax and solid particulate mixture which can be heated by microwaves. The solid particles account for 10-90% of the product. The solid particles are mixture of one or more of compound salt obtained by acid-base neutralization, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, MnO2, MnFe2O4, organic compounds containing multiple OH, NH2, or COOH, transition metal, rare earth compounds, sucrose, glucose or fat. The preparation method includes the steps of a, heating bee wax into a molten state, and adding the solid particles; and b, mixing, and cooling for forming. The bee wax thermal therapy product can be heated in a microwave oven. The preparation method is simple to use and widely applicable, and bee wax thermal therapy product capable of being heated with microwaves can be prepared by the most conventional preparation method.
