The invention relates to technology and a method for preparing biological raw liquor capable of improving the content of
docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in eggs. The method comprises the following steps of: soaking an appropriate amount of needles of
pinus massoniana in June in washing water of rice serving as a substrate; and soaking Chinese medicinal materials such as
ginkgo leaves,
honeysuckle flower, winter mulberry leaves, medlar, marigold, oak leaves and the like in the washing water of rice at normal temperature for leaching to obtain raw liquor serving as
mother liquor, and adding liquor obtained by leaching pine nuts which are picked according to an esoteric season into a certain amount of
mother liquor. The raw liquor is used for feeding laying hens and has the advantages that: (1) the DHA of eggs laid by the laying hens is over 20 percent based on the total weight of egg
yolk; (2) various biological elements which are necessary for human bodies, such as the DHA and the like are enriched in the eggs, and the content of the biological elements, particularly the DHA cannot be achieved by the common eggs; (3) after being eaten by humans, the eggs have the effects of
softening blood vessels, tonifying the brain, and improving intelligence and eyesight, have health-care effect on a
male reproductive system, particularly can supplement the DHA which needs to be supplemented urgently in a
gestation period of females and have important effect on the brain and vision development of fetuses, and can greatly improve
immunity level and enhance the
disease resistance of the human bodies at the same time; and (4)
pullorum disease is prevented, and epidemic prevention in the whole process can be avoided without any antibiotic and
hormone.
