An implantable therapy generator adapted to generate and selectively deliver a three-stage ventricular therapy and at least two leads operably each having at least one electrode adapted to be positioned proximate the ventricle of the patient. The device is programmed to deliver a three-stage therapy via both a far-field configuration and a near-field configuration of the electrodes upon detection of a ventricular arrhythmia. The three-stage therapy includes a first stage for unpinning of one or more singularities associated with the ventricular arrhythmia, a second stage for anti-repinning of the one or more singularities, both of which are delivered via the far-field configuration of the electrodes, and a third stage for extinguishing of the one or more singularities associated delivered via the near-field configuration of the electrodes.

The invention discloses a microwave-assisted laser-induced breakdown spectrum device which comprises a laser device, a microwave generator, a pulse delay generator, a collimation system, a spectrograph and an optical focusing system, wherein the laser device is firstly triggered by the pulse delay generator to emit a pulse type laser beam; the laser beam is collimated by the collimation system, and then the energy of the laser beam is focused on the surface of a sample through the optical focusing system; the laser beam and the sample interact with each other so as to generate high-temperature high-density plasma; and then the microwave generator is triggered by the pulse delay generator to emit a microwave pulse and the microwave pulse is controlled to stimulate the plasma again; under the effect of electromagnetic field, the electrons in the plasma are accelerated, so that sufficient kinetic energy is acquired for stimulating atoms and ions again; the electrons under the atom and ion stimulating state transit to lower energy level; during transition, a spectral signal is emitted, namely, a characteristic spectrum with specific wavelength is emitted; the spectrograph is triggered by the pulse delay generator again to collect the spectral signal.

Method and apparatus to automatically determine tissue cancellation parameters in X-ray dual energy imaging

A method is provided to automatically determine a structure cancelled image in a dual energy decomposition system. A high energy and a low energy level image of internal anatomy formed of at least first and second types of structure are acquired. A characteristic mask is computed using a gradient mask and a localization mask. A first cancellation parameter is evaluated against the characteristic mask, and a second cancellation parameter is computed based upon the first cancellation parameter. The first or second cancellation parameter is selected from a range in a look-up table determined by an effective kVp used to acquire the high level image and an effective kVp used to acquire the low level image. An image of soft structure and an image of hard structure are obtained from the first and second energy level images according to a cancellation equation using the first and second cancellation parameters.

According to the method and system for comprehensive utilization of the tail heat of the boiler, low-level steam extraction is carried out by means of a turbine, in-boiler cold air in a boiler air inlet duct connected with the boiler is heated by extracted steam through a steam air heater, heated cold air in the steam air heater enters an air pre-heater through the boiler air inlet duct, heat exchange is carried out in the air pre-heater between part of smoke from a boiler economizer or a denitration device and the heated cold air, and the other part of smoke is used for heat exchange of part of supplied water through a water supply economizer. According to the method and system for comprehensive utilization of the tail heat of the boiler, the low-pressure steam is extracted to heat the cold air so that the heat of the steam is recovered to reduce cold source loss, part of the high-temperature smoke is saved at the same time, and the saved high-temperature smoke is used for heating part of the supplied water through an outlet flue of the economizer or an outlet flue the denitration device; high-level extraction steam of the turbine is saved due to the fact that the high-level smoke is used for heating part of the supplied water, the saved high-level extraction steam can continue to work in the turbine, and then the efficiency of the turbine is improved and fuel coal is saved.
