According to the air-conditioner, the revolving speed of the indoor unit fan of the air-conditioner is dynamically adjusted through the PID algorithm according to the actual outlet air temperature at the air outlet of an indoor unit of the air-conditioner and the indoor environmental temperature, and then the magnitude of the circulating air quantity of the indoor unit of the air-conditioner is adjusted, so that the actual outlet air temperature of the indoor unit of the air-conditioner runs at a specific comfortable and relatively constant temperature during refrigerating and heating, and the refrigerating and heating comfort of the air-conditioner is improved; and the air-conditioner has the advantages of energy conservation, environment friendliness, economical efficiency and practicability.
