The method provided by the invention is simple and easy to implement, fast and reliable, and solves the identification difficult problem of the purity of cotton hybrid seeds. The seed purity can be sampled for inspection at any time in the processes of acquisition,
processing, storage, transportation and sale of hybrid cotton seeds according to needs, so that the
