A single chip microcomputer (SCM) and a communication circuit with DALLAS single-wire bus protocol belong to communication structures and particularly relate to a SCM and a communication structure with the DALLAS single-wire bus protocol which are adopted to realize low-power communication between the SCM and the DALLAS single-wire bus protocol and mainly used to perform DALLAS single-wire bus protocol communication between the special coulometer chip DS2781 of the MAXIM company and the ATMEGA48 microcontroller of the ATMEL company. The invention provides the SCM and communication structure with the DALLAS single-wire bus protocol, for reducing the energy consumption of the system. The communication circuit contains the SCM and a coulometer chip, wherein the pin 25 of the SCM is connected with the pin 5 of the coulometer chip, the connection point of the pin 25 and the pin 5 is connected with one end of a pull-up resistor, and the other end of the pull-up resistor is connected with the pin 23 of the SCM.
