The degreasing agent provided by the invention can be used at room temperature during spraying, has an excellent degreasing effect, and does not generatea large amount of foam; and the method for preparing the degreasing agent and the workpiece surface spraying pretreatment method which uses the degreasing agent have simple operation, and are suitablefor mass production.
