The invention discloses a channel allocation method that is used for a multiple-frequency wireless mesh network and based on link load weighted topology and equipment thereof. A network comprises a plurality of mesh routers. Each mesh router is provided with a plurality of frequency devices, wherein, a pair of unidirectional links with opposite directions attached to the mesh routers exists between two mesh routers which are in the emission range of the frequency devices. The method comprises the following steps: according to the average busy time for sending data of each link in the network, the link load of each link is measured; and channel allocation is carried out to each link on the basis of the link load of each link.

The invention discloses a strategy control method, device and system. The method comprises the steps of collecting telephone traffic statistical data of cells with one statistical cycle as a unit time within the sampling time, wherein the sampling time includes many days, each day has a plurality of statistical cycles, each statistical cycle corresponds to different time periods in one day, each cell corresponds to at least one base station, and a wireless network comprises the base stations of the cells; filtering the telephone traffic statistical data of the cells in statistical cycles corresponding to the same time period within the sampling time according to a filtering condition, counting filter results to predict whether the cells are busy cells or not, and when the cells are predicted as the busy cells, predicting the busy time period of the cells to generate list information at the busy time period of the busy cells; sending the list information at the busy time period of the busy cells to a PCRF entity device, and bringing convenience to the strategy and billing regulation functional entity device to carry restrictive strategy control according to the list information at the busy time period of the busy cells. By means of the mode, the strategy control method, device and system can decrease the misjudgment rate.

The present invention relates to an opportunistic frequency spectrum access method based on collision probability restriction, and belongs to the technical field of wireless mobile communication. The method comprises the following steps: setting a collision probability restriction value zeta, and setting the parameter of frequency spectrum disengagement time length distribution function f(t) to arbitrary values; circulating the following steps: continuously perceiving until the frequency spectrum is free; if the frequency spectrum is free, using zeta, f(t) and v for calculating the optimal access time point x and optimal access time length T, if the free time length is smaller than x, perceiving the frequency spectrum, otherwise continuously accessing the frequency spectrum until the access time length is larger than T or collision generation; if the access time length is larger than T, continuing perceiving until the frequency spectrum is busy, and if the frequency spectrum is busy, calculating and storing the busy time length and idle time length, estimating the parameter of f(t) and v for entering the next circulation; and if the collision is generated, calculating and storing busy time length and free time length, estimating the parameter of f(t) and v for entering the next circulation. The method of the invention can optimally use the free frequency spectrum resource and simultaneously satisfies the collision probability restriction which can be tolerated by the master subscriber.
