The invention discloses an automatic interface method for vibration cloud simulation of an avionics product based on ANSYS scripting language. The method comprises the following steps: inputting a 3Dgeometric model local address, material parameters, fixed restraint position, a load PSD spectrum value, a direction and an analysis type in a local visual interface, ; uploading data to the cloud end, importing ANSYS work simulation software at the cloud end into the 3D geometric model; giving material parameters to a 3D geometric model, updating and meshing the 3D geometric model, then applyingmodal boundary conditions, then performing post-processing of modal analysis, selecting one of random vibration analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient analysis according to a user, then applying different loads, and correspondingly performing post-processing. The cloud platform is used for simulation, the simulation efficiency is improved, and aviation electronic product fault behaviorsimulation and reliability prediction are rapidly and accurately conducted.
