The bladder irrigation device comprises an upper part heating device and a lower part constant pressurerecovery tank; a flushing liquid bracket is arranged on the left side of the top of the heating device, and a flushing liquid catheter is arranged on the bracket; a pressure sensor is arranged at theconnecting part of the flushing liquid catheter and the upper portion of the heating device; a liquid electric heater is arranged at the upper portion inside the heating device; a three-wheeled rolleroil pump device is arranged on the left half part of the constant pressure recovery tank; a recovery liquid water tank is arranged on the right half part of the constant pressure recovery tank; a vacuum extractor is arranged on the right side at the outside of the recovery liquid water tank, and an optical instrument is arranged on the upper portion inside the recovery liquid water tank. The bladder irrigation device has the advantages that on one hand, flushing liquid pressure monitoring and early warning functions and flushing liquid temperature and speed adjustment functions are integrated, on the other hand, the flushing liquid can be periodically recovered and simply analyzed after the flushing process is completed, preliminary assessment for the flushing effect is made, and the safety of bladder irrigation is ensured.

The invention provides a urinary bladder flushing device and a blood concentration detection device. The urinary bladder flushing device comprises a flow controller, a light quantity detector and a microcontroller, wherein the flow controller is configured on a flushing fluid catheter and used for controlling the flow velocity of flushing fluid in the flushing fluid catheter; the light quantity detector is configured on a drainage tube and used for detecting remaining light quantity after light in a preset light quantity transmits the flushing fluid in the drainage tube; the microcontroller iselectrically connected with the flow controller and the light quantity detector separately; and the microcontroller is used for judging blood concentration of the flushing fluid in the drainage tubeaccording to the remaining light quantity detected by the light quantity detector, the flow controller regulates the flow velocity of the flushing fluid in the flushing fluid catheter, so that the flow velocity of the flushing fluid is matched with the blood concentration of the flushing fluid. The urinary bladder flushing device can automatically regulate the flow velocity of the flushing fluid,and is low in cost and good in use performance.

The invention discloses a real-time bladder irrigation urine volume metering device, comprising a cabinet body, a spring scale, an electronic scale, a control system, a display screen, a urine collecting barrel and a liquid level sensor, wherein the spring scale is fixed at the upper part of the inside of the cabinet body; the electronic scale is arranged at the lower part of the inside of the cabinet body; the urine collecting barrel is arranged on the electronic scale; the urine collecting barrel is internally provided with the liquid level sensor; a bladder irrigation bag is hung on a hook at the lower part of the spring scale; the lower part of the bladder irrigation bag is connected with a bladder of a human body; a urethral catheter which penetrates through the bladder of the human body enters the cabinet body through a communicating hole and leads to the urine collecting barrel; the control system is used for metering, calculating and monitoring measurement data of the spring scale and the electronic scale and liquid level data of the liquid level sensor, and displaying on a display. According to the device disclosed by the invention, the technical problem of inaccurate measurement due to the fact that traditional medical equipment cannot continuously monitor the urine volume of a bladder irrigation patient in real time is solved.
