The invention relates to a method for testing seven indicative PCBs (PCB28, PCB52, PCB101, PCB118, PCB138, PCB153 and PCB180) in food with
high fat content simultaneously. The method comprises the following steps: using an
organic solvent to conduct extraction, concentration and decreaming on a target object and conduct two times of purification on an extracting solution, forming a
standard curve, analyzing the test condition, and conducting methodology investigation and practical sample testing on factors such as
linearity,
recovery rate, precision and
detection limit of the seven indicative PCBs in different samples. The method does not need to equip expensive pretreatment equipment to remove fat in the sample and use
column chromatography pretreatment process which is complex, low in efficiency and low in flux, has the advantages of being quick in testing speed, wide in adaptive substrate range, high in sensitivity, strong in selectivity, high in accuracy and the like, can meet detection requirements on the seven indicative PCBs in the sample with
high fat content by a conventional laboratory, moreover can test the content of the seven indicative PCBs in the sample with
high fat content at the same time, and has the characteristics of being simple, convenient, fast, accurate and the like.
