An automatic recovery pilot nozzle support system for supporting a pilot nozzle in a fuel injection system of a turbine engine. The support system includes a sleeve extending from an orifice in a support housing, wherein the sleeve has a hollow opening for containing a pilot nozzle. The sleeve may increase the natural frequency of the pilot nozzle above an excitation zone, thereby limiting destructive vibrations. The sleeve may be attached to the support housing with an interference fit. The automatic recovery aspect of the support system enables the sleeve to maintain an interference fit with the support housing such that anytime the sleeve looses contact with the support housing, an insulative film of air forms between the sleeve and the support housing. The insulative film of air causes the temperature of the sleeve to increase, and the sleeve to expand and reform the interference fit with the support housing.

A method of producing a negative electrode for a lithium secondary cell having thin films of lithium and a sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte is provided. In the method, are used a negative electrode base material and an inorganic solid electrolyte source material respectively placed in closed containers. The base material has a surface of lithium metal. The base material and the source material are respectively taken out from the closed containers in a chamber space, which is substantially inactive to lithium and which is insulated from air and provided adjacent to a thin film deposition system. The base material and the source material are transferred into the thin film deposition system without being exposed to the air. In system, the source material is used and a thin film of an inorganic solid electrolyte is formed on the base material. The base material having the thin film is transferred, without being exposed to the air, into a chamber space, which is substantially inactive to lithium. In chamber space, the base material having the thin film is placed into a closed container. Thus, a negative electrode can be produced without being degraded by air.

The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) performing superfine crushing on oil shale semicoke after destructive distillation; 2) roasting in a high-temperature furnace, performing air insulation heat preservation, and performing furnace cooling so as to obtain carbonized oil shale semicoke; 3) modifying the carbonized oil shale semicoke superfine powder by using a surface modifier so as to obtain modified oil shale semicoke powder, wherein the addition amount of the surface modifier accounts for 2% of the mass of the powder, the modification temperature is the room temperature, and the modification time is 30 minutes; 4) smelting the modified oil shale semicoke, rubber, carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid, an antioxidant, liquid paraffin, sulfur and a promoter in a smelting machine at certain temperature; and 5) cooling, and molding by using a press vulcanizer. Organic matter residues in the oil shale semicoke can be sufficiently utilized, wastes can be turned into wealth, environment pollution caused by air storage can be eliminated, the carbonized oil shale semicoke powder is uniform in surface carbonization, solid in wrapping, good in organic matter compatibility, stable in performance, simple in process and low in cost. Various indexes of mechanical properties of testing samples can meet national standards.
