The invention provides a method for preventing and removing an
Achnatherum inebrians-endophytic fungi symbiont by virtue of a
chemical agent. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out primary preparation and spraying on a herbicide: selecting 41%
glyphosate isopropylamine, adding water to dilute, adding
soap powder, and spraying the mixture to the stems and leaves of
Achnatherum inebrians; (2) preparing and spraying a bactericide: after the herbicide is sprayed, spraying a
thiophanate methyl bactericide to the stems and leaves of the
Achnatherum inebrians; and (3) carrying out secondary preparation and spraying on the herbicide: after the bactericide is sprayed, spraying the herbicide again, selecting 41%
glyphosate isopropylamine, adding water to dilute, adding
soap powder, and spraying the mixture to the stems and leaves of
Achnatherum inebrians. According to the method, the bactericide is added for cooperative use in the prevention and removal processes of the
Achnatherum inebrians for the first time because of the consideration that an endophytic fungi has more beneficial effects to the growth of the host, namely the
Achnatherum inebrians. The method has the beneficial effects that the operation is simple, the cost is relatively low, the prevention and treatment effects are relatively good, and a feasible method is provided for the prevention and removal of the Achnatherum; and the method has a relatively high application value.
