The strain PA94 is cultivated in a MMSA culture medium for 24 hours, and tests prove that the activity unit SU of the siderophore is 63.54%, the As / Ar of siderophore is 0.36, and the siderophore production capacity of the strain is ++++. The produced siderophore is of a hydroxamic acid and citric acid mixed type, has an antagonistic effect on pathogenic bacteria and fungi, can be used for prevention and control of diseases in vegetable cultivation and is capable of promoting the growth of plants.
