The invention discloses a method for preparing a
lung moistening and cough relieving honey pomelo tea. The method comprises he following steps: pretreating raw materials, debitterizing pomelo peel, boiling, cooling, canning and sealing, and sterilizing; the raw materials comprising 25 to 30 parts of
osmanthus honey, 30 to 50 parts of pomelo pulp, 20 to 30 parts of pomelo peel, 7 to 10 parts of
honeysuckle flowers, 5 to 10 parts of
fritillaria cirrhosa, 3 to 6 parts of
licorice roots, 5 to 8 parts of dried
tangerine peel, and 80 to 100 parts of water; after
cutting the pomelo peel into shreds,debitterizing with steam, and reducing the
bitter taste of pomelo peel; adding the pomelo pulp and the
osmanthus honey, and boiling for 20min at a temperature of 90 DEG C; adding the pomelo peel shreds, and continuously heating from the 60 DEG C temperature and boiling for 30 min; adding the
fritillaria cirrhosa and the dried
tangerine peel, and continuously heating from the 60 DEG C temperature and boiling for 1 h; finally adding the
honeysuckle flowers and the
licorice roots, and continuously boiling for 20 min; stirring once every 20 min during the heating process; after the boiling is finished, adding 10 parts of practical
malic acid and 10 parts of
sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; using a variety of medicinal materials and ingredients to match together to prepare a honey pomelo tea drink with a fresh and
sweet taste and
lung moistening and cough relieving efficacies. The relief of coughing,
lung heat, excessive
phlegm and other
cold symptoms of cold patients can be accelerated; thehoney pomelo tea can be used as a health drink to be drunk by ordinary people in everyday life to prevent colds and enhance the
immunity.
