The processing method applied to a base station comprises the steps of receiving an uplink data packet of an uplink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process sent by a terminal; if the uplink data packet is verified successfully, and when the uplink data transmission does not need to be scheduled on the HARQ process at present, sending the ACK confirmation information aiming at the uplink data packet to the terminal on a first preset subframe; determining whether the uplink data transmission needs to be scheduled on the HARQ process at a subsequent second preset subframe, if not, sending the ACK confirmation information aiming at the uplink data packet to the terminal on the second preset subframe, and ending the HARQ process. According to the embodiment of the present invention, by issuing ACK confirmation information two times, the terminal can confirm the ending of the HARQ process, thereby shortening the time that the terminal confirms the successful uplink transmission, and reducing the times of the terminal of monitoring the feedback messages and the business time delay.
