The invention discloses an electric wear-resisting ore pulp
gate valve which is composed of a valve body, a gate plate, a support, a valve rod, a pressing plate and a sealing ring. An electric head is mounted on the support. The valve body is formed by buckling two symmetrical semi-valve bodies, and each semi-valve body is in a round-to-square
funnel shape; the joints of the two ends of the valve body and pipelines are circular, an inner cavity located in a gate plate opening and closing position of the middle of the valve body is square, and therefore the inner cavity is changed into a
square shape from a circular shape, the open area is enlarged, the flowing speed is reduced, and the purpose of reducing friction is achieved. The inner cavity of the valve body is covered with a
fluorine lining, and a wear-resisting composite layer is arranged on the incident flow face of the gate plate. The wear-resisting composite layer can be made of special
metal or rubber or
cast stone. The
fluorine lining is made of
polyvinyl fluoride. Accordingly, the
wear resistance of the
gate valve is improved, and the service life of the
gate valve is prolonged. The gate valve is electrically opened and closed, the labor intensity of workers is relieved,
remote control is facilitated, and modern management is achieved. The
wear resistance is high; due to the fact that the
fluorine lining and the wear-resisting composite layer are additionally arranged, the easily-abraded portions of the whole gate valve are effectively protected, the
wear resistance of the gate valve can be remarkably enhanced, the service life is prolonged, the maintenance and replacement frequency is reduced, and production efficiency is improved.
