The invention provides a method for preparing
amino acid foliar fertilizers from distillers' grains. The method includes steps of (1), cooking the distillers' grains in a pot filled with water, continuing cooking the distillers' grains for 20 minutes after the water in the pot is boiled, fetching the distillers' grains out of the pot, cooling the distillers' grains until the temperatures of the distillers' grains reach the
room temperature, and filtering and
drying the distillers' grains to obtain distillers' grain
powder; (2), adding
enzyme bacterium inoculants and the distillers' grain
powder obtained in the step (1) into a
fermentation vat, stirring the distillers' grain
powder and the
enzyme bacterium inoculants until the distillers' grain powder and the
enzyme bacterium inoculants are uniform, adding brown
sugar water and rice vinegar into the
fermentation vat, stirring the brown
sugar water and the rice vinegar until the brown
sugar water and the rice vinegar are uniform, covering an opening of the
fermentation vat with three
layers of gauze, tying the gauze by the aid of strings, placing the fermentation vat in an indoor environment and fermenting materials in the fermentation vat; (3), stirring the materials in the fermentation vat once on a daily basis from the fifth day to the sixth day after fermentation is started, instantly covering the opening of the fermentation vat after the materials in the fermentation vat are stirred, stopping fermenting the materials once blocks are formed by the materials in the fermentation vat and the materials are odorless, opening the gauze and
drying the materials; (4), transferring the dried fermented materials into a container, soaking the dried fermented materials in brown
sugar water for 20 days, fetching the materials out of the brown
sugar water, separately packing the materials to obtain the
amino acid foliar fertilizers, and storing the
amino acid foliar fertilizers in shade and dry places. The method has the advantages of simplicity in operation and low preparation cost.
