machine comprises a gas-storing tank, an oil box, a hydraulic
oil pump, an energy-storing device, a press
machine main body and a hydraulic valve
assembly. Through different combination of the hydraulic valve
assembly, the hydraulic
oil pump and the energy-storing device, different working
modes of the hydraulic energy-storing press machine are achieved, the different working
modes comprises a pressing mode, a constant energy
forging mode or a limiting
forging mode. According to the hydraulic energy-storing press machine, energy is released by using the energy-storing device, pressure releasing speed is fast, according to the test, the speed of
forging of the energy-storing device is several tens of times of the pressing speed of the original
hydraulic pump, therefore, under the same pressure condition,
energy consumption can be remarkably reduced, and pressing speed can be remarkably improved.
