According to the cooked porcupine meat food product produced by the method disclosed by the invention, the fishy smell of the porcupine meat can be removed to the maximum extent, the nutrient and health-care components of the porcupine meat are reserved, and the cooked porcupine meat food product has the characteristics of being rich in nutrition, convenient to carry and eat and the like.
