The invention discloses an intelligent
thermal management system for a diesel. The
system comprises an ECU, a rotating speed sensor, a load sensor, a temperature sensor, a
pressure sensor, an electronic control water pump, an electronic control
thermostat and an electronic control fan, wherein the rotating speed sensor is connected with the input end of the ECU, the load sensor is connected with the input end of the ECU, the temperature sensor is connected with the input end of the ECU, the
pressure sensor is connected with the input end of the ECU, the electronic control water pump is connected with the output end of the ECU so that electronic control can be achieved for the rotating speed of the electronic control water pump, the electronic control
thermostat is connected with the output end of the ECU so that electronic control can be achieved for the
valve opening degree of the electronic control
thermostat, and the electronic control fan is connected with the output end of the ECU so that electronic control can be achieved for the rotating speed of the electronic control fan. The intelligent
thermal management system for the diesel is simple and reasonable in structure, electronic control is achieved for the main parts such as the water pump, the thermostat and the fan of the intelligent
thermal management system, the
water temperature can rapidly rise to the temperature close to the target temperature after the diesel is started by calibrating the electronic control strategy, the diesel warming time is shortened, accurate
water temperature control is achieved, the service life of the diesel is prolonged, and
oil consumption and emission of the diesel are reduced.
