The invention provides a construction method of an insulating and waterproof integrated system for a foam concrete roof. The method comprises the following steps: 1, pouring foam concrete according to gradient, average thickness and energy-saving technical indexes required by design to finish construction of a slope finding and insulating layer of the cast-in-situ foam concrete; 2, dividing the slope finding and insulating layer of the cast-in-situ foam concrete into a plurality of paved regions, pre-paving one of the paved regions, pouring polymer cement glue onto the paved region, coiling a bearing waterproof roll on a sleeve, and pushing the sleeve to enable the bearing waterproof roll to be tightly attached to the polymer cement glue, the overlap joint of the bearing waterproof roll between two adjacent paved regions to be tightly adhered through the polymer cement glue, and construction of a polymer cement glue bonding layer and the bearing waterproof roll layer to be finished; and 3, pouring anti-crack mortar on the bearing waterproof roll layer to finish construction of an anti-crack mortar protecting layer. The construction method provided by the invention is short in construction work period, small in roof load and good in waterproof and insulating effect.
