The invention discloses mobile container water plant and a water production process thereof. The mobile container water plant comprises a water inlet pump, a static mixer, a mechanical flocculation tank, an inclined-tube sedimentation tank, a primary water tank, a level transmitter, a sand-filter water inlet pump, a primary sand filter tank, a secondary sand filter tank, a secondary water tank, a level transmitter, an ultrafiltration water inlet pump, a filter, an ultrafiltration membrane assembly, an electromagnetic flow meter, an outlet water tank, an ultrafiltration backwash pump, a sand-filter backwash pump, a dosing pump, a dosing tank, a disinfectant pump, and a disinfectants tank. The above devices are integral, and the devices are sequentially connected. The processing process comprises the steps of mechanical flocculation, inclined-tube sedimentation, quartz sand filtration, disinfection, ultrafiltration membrane filtration, and pressurized water supply. The water plant provided by the invention has the advantages of high inlet water source adaptability, safe and reliable produced water, full-automatic control, capability of remote alarming, convenient transportation, simple mounting, low maintenance work load, and the like. Produced water satisfies a national domestic drinking water hygiene standard (GB5749-2006). Also, water supply with separated qualities can be realized.
