The invention discloses a
magnetic core forming device and a forming process for a
laser printer. The device comprises an extruder
barrel,
extrusion screws, a
machine head, an evacuation mold core, a
sizing device, an electromagnetic orientation device, a cooling device, a cooling water path, a traction device and a
cutting device, wherein the front end of the
machine head is connected with the extruder
barrel; the
extrusion screws are arranged in the center of the extruder
barrel; the
sizing device, the cooling device, the traction device and the
cutting device are arranged in sequence at the back end of the
machine head; the electromagnetic orientation device is arranged in the
sizing device; the cooling water path is formed in the cooling device; and the evacuation mold core passing through the machine head, the electromagnetic orientation device, the cooling water path, the traction device and the
cutting device are arranged at the back ends of the
extrusion screws. A conventional forming mechanism is changed, and continuous forming is performed in an extrusion way. Meanwhile, hollow evacuation can be performed in the forming way, so that materials and the production cost are saved greatly, and the production efficiency is maximized.
