Embodiment Construction

[0020] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described here are only used to illustrate and explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0021] A method for testing the Curie temperature of a ferromagnetic material. A magnet is placed in parallel above the sample support of a thermogravimetric-differential thermal comprehensive thermal analyzer, and the thermogravimetric-differential thermal comprehensive thermal analyzer after the magnet is placed is used to measure the ferromagnetic material. To measure the quality, place a magnet to add a stable magnetic field to the sample to be tested in the sample holder;

[0022] The specific steps of the test include:

Abstract

The invention discloses a test method of Curie temperature of a ferromagnetic material. The test method is characterized in that a magnet is parallel placed on a sample tray of a thermal gravity-differential thermal integrated analyzer; the thermal gravity-differential thermal integrated analyzer with the magnet is used for measuring the mass of the ferromagnetic material; the placed magnet is used for adding a stable magnetic field for a to-be-tested sample put in the sample tray. The test method comprises the following steps: putting a ferromagnetic material sample subjected to primarily drying and impurity removing, and raising test temperature and recording the mass of the sample in real time to obtain the minimum mass of the sample; and further raising the test temperature and recording the mass of the sample in real time when the mass of the sample is minimum, wherein the mass of the sample is increased along with the raising of the test temperature until the hopping of the mass of the sample occurs, then the mass of the sample is not changed again; and recording the test temperature value at the moment, wherein the test temperature value is the Curie temperature of the ferromagnetic material. The test method can be used for very easily testing the Curie temperature of the ferromagnetic material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the measurement field, in particular to a method for testing the Curie temperature of a ferromagnetic material. Background technique [0002] At present, with the entry into the information age, industrialization and the development of high integrated circuits require electronic components to gradually develop in the direction of thinner, smaller and lower energy consumption. Magnetic materials have higher magnetic saturation magnetization , high direct frequency, and low eddy current loss, and gradually come into people's sight and become the focus of research. As one of the most important intrinsic parameters of ferromagnetic materials, Curie temperature is also the main physical parameter of the intrinsic magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials, reflecting that ferromagnetic materials change from ferromagnetic substances to paramagnetic substances with the increase of temperature , which is the sign of the transition...
