direct current side, obtaining the testing data for the
battery charger at different working points corresponding to the various

electric energy indexes, creating an electric
energy quality characteristic index matrix; creating the weight vectors for the various electric energy indexes; and according to the electric
energy quality characteristic index matrix and the weight vectors for the various electric energy indexes, obtaining a comprehensive assessment coefficient. The
