virtual plane, and when new material A arrives and needs to be stored on the material
yard, the method comprises steps: the volume of the material A is acquired, and multiple occupied areas of the material A in different material
pile types are calculated and obtained; the
system analyzes material piles which are already arranged on the
virtual plane and remaining space, and the calculated and obtained occupied areas of the material A are matched with the remaining space in the
virtual plane; and during the matching process, an interval between the material piles needs to be met, the size of unusable space generated in the matching result serves as a judging factor, and the material piling mode and the material piling position combination with the best judging result are obtained through matching. According to the embodiment of the invention, the
management efficiency of the material yard material piles is improved,
scientific analysis and judgment are made according to features of the material piles, and the material yard
utilization rate is higher.
