The invention discloses a non-magnetic
metal ceramic mould and a preparation method thereof, belongs to
metal ceramic materials and solves the problems of low performance and insufficient
wear resistance existing in the conventional non-magnetic hard
alloy moulds. The non-magnetic

solid solution
powder of (W, Ti, Ta, Nb) (C, N), Ni
powder, W
powder, Cr powder and Mo powder serving as raw materials, wherein the raw materials are sintered, so that in the finally produced phases, the hard phase is (W, Ti, Ta, Nb) (C, N) and the binder phase is Ni-W-Cr-Mo
solid solution; the method comprises pre-
solution treatment,
raw material mixing,
compression molding,
degreasing and
vacuum sintering in turn. The method is simple and economic; the prepared metal ceramic mould has
hardness of between 89.5 and 91.5HRA, bending strength of more than or equal to 2,100MPa and
fracture toughness KIC of more than or equal to 12.5MPa.m1 / 2; and thus the mould and the method have great popularization and application prospect in non-magnetic mould materials such as electrical
engineering,
electronics, automobiles and the like.
