Motorcycle cylinder jacket laser surface micro-moulding construction

The invention discloses a motorcycle cylinder jacket laser surface micro-moulding construction comprising a piston 1, a cylinder jacket 2 and a piston ring 3. The motorcycle cylinder jacket laser surface micro-moulding construction is characterized in that the surface of the cylinder hole of the cylinder jacket 2 adopts non-uniform array layout to carry out laser surface micro-moulding; the display density of C-zone micro-moulding near a top dead center is bigger than that of a D-zone micro-moulding, the optimal ratio range of C-zone area and D-zone area is 10-25%, and the optimal ratio of display density of C-zone micro-moulding to the display density of D-zone micro-moulding is 3:1-2:1. Because the strategy of non-uniform array surface micro-moulding processing is adopted, the invention can carry out surface micro-moulding to the motorcycle cylinder jacket as required, so that the friction characteristics of the piston ring, the piston and a cylinder kinematic pair can be improved within a large range so as to furthest reduce the friction loss of the motorcycle motor.
