sodium ions and potassiumions in the acid soluble scale sample component are measured; the content of
chloride ions CI<-> percent, the content of
fluorine ions F<-> percent, the content of sulfuric anhydride SO3 percent, thecontent of phosphoric
oxide P2O5 percent, the content of
ferric oxide Fe2O3 percent, the content of
alumina AI2O3 percent, the content of
copper oxide CuO percent, the content of
calcium oxide CaO percent and the content of
magnesium oxide MgO percent in the scale sample are measured; the full silica content in the alkaline fusion component of the scale sample is measured and presented by SiO2 percent; the percentage contents of NaCI, NaF and Na2O are calculated; compared with the current method for analyzing the scale and
corrosion products of
heat power plants, the adoption of the method ofthe invention to analyze the salification and scale formation component content of the vanes of the
steam turbine can obtain more accurate and reliable data.
