The present invention relates to the synthesis method for a PVC resin anti-impact modifier butadiene, styrene, and methyl methacrylate copolymer. The preparation method is that a styrene butadiene polymerization emulsifier is firstly prepared. Then the solid content of electrolyte and latex in the emulsion is adjusted so as to generate styrene-butadiene rubber latex through polymerization reaction, the average particle diameter of which is from 80 to 280 nanometers. Then the prepared styrene-butadiene rubber latex experiences a three-step graft polymerization: the first step is styrene graft, the second ethyl acrylate graft and the last step methyl methacrylate graft. The cross-linking degree of the styrene-butadiene rubber latex is controlled in the styrene butadiene polymerization reaction so as to reduce stress blushing. In the third graft polymerization reaction, grafting agent is introduced in so as to enlarge the coverage of graft monomer on the rubber surface. MBS resin is finally obtained through agglomeration and drying treatment. The MBS resin obtained by the present invention is of good transparency, excellent stress blushing ability and anti-impact capability. The polymerization reaction system of the present invention is stable, which makes the content enhancement of the styrene-butadiene rubber latex possible.
