A service integration settlement
system for a ground power supply and air conditioner set of a civil airport comprises the ground power supply of 400Hz, the air conditioner set, a power
monitoring system, embedded controllers (containing rate calculating modules) and an upper computer settlement network, wherein the power
monitoring system and the embedded controllers are installed at the gate position of the airport through an
electric control cabinet to be connected with the ground power supply and the air conditioner set and have the functions of power monitoring, user right identification, real-time electric quantity collection, service timing,
cost calculation, equipment fault monitoring and the like. The upper computer settlement network is a comprehensive body of a
server,
client terminals and network resources in the airport, can send generated cost information to all
client terminals and has the functions of monitoring the working conditions of the downstream embedded controllers and power
monitoring system. The service integration settlement
system reduces using of an aircraft
auxiliary power unit (APU) in ground operation and can accurately calculate
electricity consumption and staff
service time for the ground power supply of 400Hz and the ground air conditioner set of the airport to supply power for the aircraft.
