The invention relates to a test method of a connection reliability of a
battery system. The method includes: 1) in a static state, the
alternating current resistance of each
battery pack in the
battery system is measured; and if the
alternating current internal resistance satisfies the qualification standard, step 2) is performed; 2) charging and discharging of the
battery system are performed, and the overall
pressure difference of each
battery pack in a required SOC in a short-time charging or
discharge process is measured; and if the
pressure difference satisfies the qualification standard, step 3) is performed; and 3) the
direct current internal resistance of an electrical circuit is calculated; and if the
direct current internal resistance satisfies the qualification standard, it is proved that the connection of the battery
system is reliable. According to the method, the battery
system is divided into two portions referring to the battery packs and the electrical circuit for evaluation, the overage is comprehensive, fault positioning is facilitated, problems such as missed screwing of bolts, slipped screws, and missed
soldering etc. and connection problems such as oxidation of the
battery pack portion, unqualified fastening torque, and false
welding etc. can be simply and conveniently checked, reliable connection of the electrical circuit portion is ensured, accurate and rapid evaluation of the connection reliability of the battery
system is realized, and the security and the reliability of the battery system are guaranteed.
