The invention discloses disinfecting equipment and disinfection method of a
biochemistry laboratory. The disinfection method comprises the following steps of a disinfection step: performing atomizingon disinfecting liquid by equipment, jetting and spouting atomizing granules from a jet
nozzle to a laboratory through a fan, and at the time, sucking the air to the inner part of the equipment from aspraying gas
inlet channel; and a
filtration step: when an atomizing device does not work, sucking laboratory air from a
filtration channel by the fan, performing filtering and performing spouting outwards. A liquid storing tank, an atomizing device, a first fan and the jet
nozzle, which are in series connection, are arranged in the disinfecting equipment. In the disinfection step, air flows through the spraying gas
