Manufacturing advantages for the wiper blade according to the invention are achieved if each crosspiece (36, 38) has a middle section (42) which extends spaced a distance (44) apart from the upper band surfaces (11) of the spring strips (28, 30), producing bridge-like crosspieces, where the distance (34) between the two longitudinal strips (28, 30) is less than the bridge width (46).

Method of producing a wafer scale package

A method for manufacturing a wafer scale package including at least one substrate having replicated optical elements. The method uses two substrates, at least one of which is pre-shaped and has at least one recess in its front surface. Optical elements are replicated on a first substrate by causing a replication tool to abut the first substrate. The second substrate is then attached to the first substrate in an abutting relationship in such a way that the optical element is contained in a cavity formed by the recess in one of the substrates in combination with the other substrate. Thereby, a well defined axial distance between the optical elements and the second substrate is achieved. Consequently, well defined axial distance between the optical elements and any other objects attached to the second substrate, e.g. further optical elements, image capturing devices, light sources, is also established.

The guide device for the diffusor at the compressor impeller outlet of a radial compressor has guide blades with stepped inlet edges. The step is implemented by setting back the hub-side inlet edge. This meridional stepping divides the guide blades into two component blades, of which the first component blade is made longer than the second component blade. The set-back of the inlet edge of the hub-side component blade and the associated superposition of the noise fields which are produced on the front and rear inlet edge of the diffusor leads to improvement of the acoustic properties of the compressor.

Method of fabricating metal-insulator-metal capacitor

In one embodiment, a method of fabricating a MIM capacitor includes forming an interlayer insulating layer having a contact plug on a semiconductor substrate, forming an etch stop layer on the interlayer insulating layer, and forming a mold layer having an opening exposing the contact plug on the etch stop layer. Next, a first conductive layer for the lower electrode is formed on the sidewalls and the bottom of the opening, and a photoresistive layer is formed on the first conductive layer. The mold layer and the photoresistive layer are then removed, and a composite dielectric layer is formed on the lower electrode. A second conductive layer is then formed on the composite dielectric layer. The composite dielectric layer may be composed of an oxide hafnium (HfO2) dielectric layer and an oxide aluminum (Al2O3) dielectric layer, with the oxide hafnium dielectric layer having a thickness of about 20 Å to about 50 Å. The oxide aluminum dielectric layer is formed with a thickness determined by subtracting the thickness of the oxide hafnium dielectric layer from a composite dielectric layer thickness corresponding to an equivalent oxide dielectric layer thickness set to provide a predetermined capacitance of the capacitor.
