An efficiency-optimized power supply control method based on genetic algorithm is disclosed. The method is based on a control system comprising a Buck-Boost circuit of a preceding stage, a LLC voltageregulating circuit of a subsequent stage, a sampling circuit, a sampling amplification isolation circuit, and a control circuit with a microcontroller as a control core . Samples are taken to obtainthe evaluation factors of the system efficiency, including the output voltage Vo and the output current Io of the subsequent stage, and the input voltage Vin and the input current Iine of the preceding stage. The genetic algorithm module evaluates the influence of the control parameters on the efficiency by using different calculation parameters k, and finally iterates to obtain the calculation parameter k which is most suitable for the system, so that the system efficiency can be optimized. A look-up table (LUT) is used to record the switching dead time of the upper and lower transistors in the LLC topology circuit corresponding to the load and output voltage when the system load changes. This allows for direct lookup and reading of the corresponding dead time when the load is switched.
