The treating process comprises the following steps: pouring high-concentration DMF leather wastewater into a water collecting regulating tank; regulating water quality and water quantity; adopting a lifting pump for lifting the leather wastewater in the water collecting regulating tank into a neutralizing reaction tank; adding acid for adjusting pH and then entering into a biochemical pool, thereby biochemically degrading pollutants, such as, most organic matters and ammonia nitrogen; coagulating by adding a coagulant into a coagulation reaction tank by which the effluent from the biochemical pool passes, and then pouring into a secondary sedimentation tank for precipitating; removing suspended solids from water; pouring into a chemical oxidation tank; adding an oxidizing agent into the chemical oxidation tank; further degrading the organic matters which are difficult to be chemically treated, thereby increasing the biodegradability of the wastewater; after the effluent chemically oxidized in the chemical oxidation tank passes by the coagulation reaction tank, adding the coagulant into the coagulation reaction tank and then pouring into the sedimentation tank for precipitating; guiding the effluent from the sedimentation tank to enter into a catalytic oxidation tank for performing secondary biochemical treatment, thereby further degrading COD and ammonia nitrogen; coagulating and precipitating the effluent after the secondary biochemical treatment in the coagulation reaction tank; discharging the precipitated sludge into a final sedimentation tank, thereby guaranteeing the effluent being clean, transparent and odorless.

The invention discloses a high salt water zero discharge treatment system. The high salt water zero discharge treatment system includes a forward osmosis concentration system and a draw solution regeneration system. The forward osmosis concentration system includes a forward osmosis membrane component, which is used for receiving a concentrated draw solution of the draw solution regeneration system and a to-be-treated solution, and performing osmosis treatment to obtain a diluted draw solution and a concentrated solution. The draw solution regeneration system includes a high pressure reverse osmosis system, the forward osmosis membrane component is communicated with the high pressure reverse osmosis membrane component, the high pressure reverse osmosis system is used for providing the concentrated draw solution to the forward osmosis membrane component and receiving the diluted draw solution in the forward osmosis membrane component, the draw solution regeneration system also includes a sea water desalination system, which is assembled in the high pressure reverse osmosis system, and is used for treating the clear solution in the high pressure reverse osmosis system to obtain concentrated water and a final product and returning the concentrated water to the high pressure reverse osmosis system.

The invention discloses an advanced treatment system for biorefractory wastewater from the industrial park. The advanced treatment system comprises a coagulating and precipitating system, a filtering system, an advanced oxidation reaction system and a biochemical system, which are sequentially connected. A water inlet pipe is arranged in a mixing pond of the coagulating and precipitating system, and a water outlet pipe is arranged in a biochemical reaction pond of the biochemical system. The advanced treatment system can treat biorefractory organic wastewater deeply, and through the coagulating and precipitating system and the filtering system, suspending and colloid type matters in wastewater can be removed in advance, and input of oxidizing agent is decreased. Through the advanced oxidation reaction system, biorefractory macromolecular organic matters in the wastewater can be decomposed into micromolecular biochemical-degradation organic matters by SOOS catalytic oxidation, biodegradability of the wastewater is upgraded and provides conditions for subsequent biochemistry. Through the biochemical system, organic matters in the wastewater can be degraded through microorganisms in the wastewater, so that organic matters can be removed. The advanced treatment system can sufficiently utilize biochemical reaction, to save operation cost under the condition that treatment requirements are met.
