The invention discloses an intelligent AC withstand-
voltage test
system which comprises an AC withstand-
voltage tester, a high-
voltage test box and a control part. The intelligent AC withstand-voltage test
system is characterized in that the high-voltage test box comprises a box
body frame, a hopper, an insulation test box, a circulating box, a chain wheel, a chain wheel support rod, a first cylinder, a second cylinder, a fourth cylinder, a fifth cylinder and a sixth cylinder; and the control part comprises a power supply, a logic circuit, an
overcurrent detection circuit and a timing circuitand used for controlling the work of all cylinders. When the test
system is used for a test, a sample is put in the full-automatic high-voltage test box, a test
electrode of the sample can be subjected to automatic arrangement and withstand-voltage test through the
control circuit, thus the system is simple in operation and is safe and reliable. Because a
metal ball completely wraps on the outer surface of the sample to be tested under the action of the shape and the self-weight of the
metal ball per se, the withstand-voltage performance of all surfaces of the sample to be tested can be measured to ensure that the test result is more accurate. Meanwhile, the
metal ball can be recycled and repeatedly used, thus the test cost can be greatly reduced.
