Clinical experiment results show that the accuracy for determination of the liver cancer is 85 percent, and the accuracy for determination of non-liver cancer is 71.9 percent. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of high sensitivity and high throughput, is superior to the existing liver cancer single diagnosis marker, and is applicable to screening and assisted diagnosis of the liver cancer.
