The invention discloses a high-efficiency bench blasting method for interbedded rock
mass and relates to the technical field of rock-
mass blasting. The high-efficiency bench blasting method comprises the following steps of: step (1), primarily analyzing the
geological structure of a blasting area; step (2), understanding detailed space information and interbedded structure of a blasting area; step (3), testing rock-
mechanics properties of a main stratum of the blasting area, simplifying interbedded space information, establishing a blasting numerical model and analyzing an energy leaking area; and step (4) optimizing a blast-hole charging structure according to a
simulation result, and adopting a sectional difference density charging method for charging. The high-efficiency bench blasting method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the main
energy leakage area is explored by adopting a numerical analysis as a means, and the sectional difference density charging method is adopted, so that the problems of high boulder yield, more bedrocks and large explosive consumption in full-hole charging or common sectional charging are effectively reduced; and simultaneously, the high-efficiency bench blasting method is also conductive to reducing the
operation time of field blasting, and has the advantages of simple process, low cost, good site
operability and strong adaptability.
