The invention relates to a construction method which can be constructed at a gravel layer, a round gravel layer, a breccia layer, a sand layer or a strong weathered mudstone and can ensure the constructive
pile length to meet the design requirements. The construction method is characterized in that: Firstly, an inner
pipe with an opening at the bottom is arranged inside an outer
pipe with an opening at the bottom, and then the base of a heavy punch is arranged on a round steel plate at the top of the inner
pipe. Secondly, the heavy punch is started to hammer the round steel plate at the top of the inner pipe, so that the inner pipe and the outer pipe can be sunk into the
bed soil; when the cast-in-place
pile is difficult to be implemented, but the constructive
pile length can not meet the design requirements, the inner pipe is drawn out, and the filler crushed inside the inner pipe in cast-in-place pile is cleared, and then the inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe again, after that, the heavy punch is restarted to hammer the round steel plate at the top of the inner pipe so as to make the inner pipe and the outer pipe sink into the
bed soil, such process is repeatedly. Thirdly, the inner pipe is drawn out, and a steel cage is arranged into the outer pipe, and the outer pipe is poured with concrete. Fourthly, the surface of the concrete inside the outer pipe is pressed by the inner pipe in which the filler is cleared, and then the outer pipe is pulled out in uniform speed slowly. Fifthly, when all the outer pipes are pulled out, the pipe is vibrated by a vibrating spear. The filler which is squeezed into the inner pipe is cleared repeatedly, thereby the depth of the cast-in-place pile can meet the designed pile length.
