The invention discloses rapid drilling agent which according to
mass portion comprises 80-120 parts of vegetable
protein, 160-240 parts of water, 24-36 parts of
phosphoric acid with concentration of 30-50%, 40-60 parts of divinyl
polyamine, 16-24 parts of sulfonating agent and pH modifying agent. The producing technique is that 1, 80-120 parts of vegetable
protein are weighed and added into 160-240 parts of water. After resting under normal temperature for 100-1140 minutes, the mixture is stirred uniformly under a constant temperature from 45 DEG C to 55 DEG C. 2, the mixture is heated to 50-70 DEG C, and the pH of the solution is modified between seven and nine. 3, 24-36 parts of
phosphoric acid with concentration of 30-50% are weighed and added into the solution which is then stirred to react for 80-100 minutes under constant temperature. 4, the temperature is lowered to 30-40 DEG C, 16-24 parts of sulfonating agent are weighed and added into the solution which is then stirred to react for 60-80 minutes under constant temperature. 5, the pH of the solution is modified between seven and nine. 6, 40-60 parts of divinyl
polyamine are weighed and produce rapid drilling agent with the solution via polycondensation in 50-70 DEG C. The drilling agent can raise drilling speed to deep wells and ultra deep wells, thereby reducing exploratory development cost, decreasing development risk, protecting
hydrocarbon reservoirs, and increasing
recovery percent.
