actuator generates cyclical reciprocating vibration under the situation of electrifying; the transmission mechanism is used for amplifying the micro vibration of the piezoelectric

flapping motion of the two wings; and each of the root parts of the two wings is connected with the corresponding driven twisting hinge, under the effect of
