water content of the materials in the mill. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, high testing precision, the running of the mill being timely and accurately monitored by operators in a control chamber, thus realizing manual monitoring, reducing labor intensity of workers, increasing output and reducing
power consumption.
