According to the gas stove, the opening degrees of the valves are different, then the flame heights of the burners are different, the gas pressure values detected by the gas pressure sensors are also different, therefore, a corresponding relation between the gas pressure and the flame height can be established; the control circuit can control lifting and dropping of the lifting devices according to the gas pressure detected by the gas pressure sensors, then the burners are driven to lift and drop, the outer flame of the flame of each burner is controlled automatically to be contacted with the bottom of a pot, the optimal heat transfer effect is realized, and energy is saved.
