A kind of veratrine plant source compound fungicide and its application

The invention discloses a veratrine plant source compound bactericide and application thereof. The veratrine plant source compound bactericide is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 10 percent of veratrine, 1 to 20 percent of a willow bark extract and the balance of auxiliaries, wherein the veratrine is a total veratrine-containing pure product, a mixture or a veratrum plant extract. The veratrine plant source compound bactericide is microemulsion, water aqua or wettable powder. The bactericide disclosed by the invention does not contain any chemical pesticidal components, easily degrades in an environment, and is safe to human, livestock and the environment; pathogenic bacteria cannot resist the veratrine plant source compound bactericide; meanwhile, the veratrine plant source compound bactericide has the advantages of high stability, high efficiency and low cost. The bactericide can be used for preventing and treating one or more of diseases of crops, such as brown rot, gray mold, soft rot, pear scab, bacterial shot hole, downy mildew, phytophthora root rot, powdery mildew, late blight and dry rot, and also used for preventing and treating other plant diseases.

F. oxysporum TOR gene RNAi vector, and method for prevention and treatment of potato dry rot and fusarium wilt through combination of F. oxysporum TOR gene RNAi vector and salicylic acid

The invention discloses an F. oxysporum TOR gene RNAi vector. A plant expression vector pEarleyGate 303 serves as a skeleton vector, and the sequence shown as Seq ID No:3 is inserted at a recombination site. The invention further discloses a microbial transformant containing the RNAi vector, further discloses application of the RNAi vector to prevention and treatment of potato dry rot and fusariumwilt, and further discloses a method for combined prevention and treatment of potato dry rot and fusarium wilt. The method comprises the steps that the RNAi vector is transferred into potatoes to obtain transgenic potatoes, and the transgenic potatoes are treated through salicylic acid for prevention and treatment of dry rot and fusarium wilt. The F. oxysporum RNAi interference vector is successfully constructed, through combined use of a plant hormone, namely the salicylic acid, and an FoTOR12-RNAi transgene, the pathogenicity of F. oxysporum can be reduced very significantly, and the effective method is provided for prevention and treatment of plant fusarium wilt and dry rot caused by the F. oxysporum.
