The invention discloses a method adopting 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene composite acetic acid method to establish an abnormal bile carrier UC syndrome animal model on the basis of a Uygur medicine body fluid theory. Male wistar line rats are used to establish the animal models, and then subjected to four treatments: dry-hot water feeding, dry-hot feed gavage, dry-hot environment, and mild and continuous stimulation; then a 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene acetone solution is dropwise added on the backs of the rats, then the rates are forbidden from eating, a pipe is inserted into the colons of the rates from the anus, then a 2,4-dinitrchlorobenzene ethanol solution, an acetic acid solution and normal saline are poured in colon to wash the colon, and finally an abnormal bile carrier UC syndrome animal model is established. The shortage of no related animal model for the research on abnormal bile carrier UC syndrome mechanism and related drug development is overcome, moreover, the modeling method is simple, the modeling rate is high, modeling period is short, the cost is low, the repeatability is good, and the application value is wide.
